WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?
A 20 mile radius of our woodland near Pitcaple will take in Aberdeen, Alford, Auchterless, Backhill, Brideswell, Chapel of Garioch, Cluny, Colpy, Daviot, Drumblade, Dunecht, Dyce, Echt, Ellon, Fisherford, Fyvie, Haugh of Glass, Huntly, Insch, Inverurie, Keig, Kemnay, Lumsden, Meikle Wartle, Methlick, Midmar, Monymusk, Newmachar, Old Rayne, Oldmeldrum, Oyne, Pitcaple, Pitmedden, Rhynie, Rothienorman, Sauchen, Tarves, Westhill and Whiteford.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES?
We typically deliver a maximum of two boxes (loose) in a tipping trailer at one time.
Delivery up to £2/mile within a 20 mile radius of our woodland.
Larger loads (up to 14 cubic metres) can be accommodated by tractor and trailer within a 10 mile radius of our woodland. Delivery charged at up to £5/mile.

WHAT IS THE MOISTURE CONTENT?
Our firewood and woodchip is naturally seasoned to achieve moisture content between 15-25% due to seasonal influences.
HOW DO I ORDER?
Please use the contact form to order and this will generate an invoice. Settlement can be made before delivery via BACS transfer or alternatively cash upon delivery. We regret that card payment cannot be facilitated at this time but please indicate if this is of interest for future orders.
can i COLLECT MYSELF?
Yes. We can tip a box directly into an open top trailer or truck bed.
HOW BIG IS A BOX?
Our unit of measurement is the potato box. Made to British Standard 7611 : 1992 (code B) these boxes hold around 2 cubic metres of loose firewood/woodchip.
For firewood please be mindful that the logs are lovingly thrown into these boxes, if they are stacked neatly at their final destination, the volume will decrease marginally.
SHORT OF STORAGE?
If you are short of storage space or busy constructing your store, order early and delivery can be delayed up to 3 months.
ARE YOU ACCREDITED WITH BSL?
Yes we are registered under the Biomass Suppliers List (BSL) as a supplier of woodfuel that has proven it meets the eligibility requirements for the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) scheme for the following products: 1. Firewood - virgin naturally seasoned. 2. Chip - virgin naturally seasoned.
